LFFTS: Laserfiche Server error: Invalid stream state.(792)

Seeing a lot of these messages in the eventviewer of our LF production system.

Source: LFFTS
EventID: 33471
Task Catagory (2)

“Laserfiche Server error: Invalid stream state.(792). Search catalog: XXREPOSITORYNAMEXX. Laserfiche server operation: Handle order. Entry ID: 7991. Please contact your Laserfiche administrator.”.

Different Entry ID's are mentioned

Any idea?

LF Server version: 8.3.2.751

Are end users doing anything specific with the document that the entry IDs represent.  Are you able to open the documents themselves?

Not that we know of, seems to have stopped for now though.
I assumed the 792 message would mean something to the techs @ LF...

Without other details, we do not have much to go on. It may indicate a problem with the template that the document is associated with. You should check if the documents that the entry IDs represent and see if they are all using the specific templates and what end users are doing when those messages occur.

It could also simply mean that another process has the .idx files locked for use preventing LFFTS from using it.

If the issue persists, you should open a case with Support.
