Shortcuts

I want to have a document stored in a folder under Rep A and get also available under Rep B and C.  How do I create a shortcut?

To create a shortcut within Laserfiche, all you have to do is copy a document (right click on the entry and choose Copy), then navigate to the desired folder and paste a shortcut (right click, Paste Shortcut).

Does that answer your question? If not, please provide a little more information and I would be happy to help. What are you trying to accomplish? Are you looking to use Workflow to create these shortcuts? Or are you trying to create shortcuts between multiple repositories?

You can use the 'Replicate Entries' activities to isolate and copy the document from one repository to another.
