We provide scanning services for a number of our Laserfiche Customers and we are using LF 7 for our scanning and supply the customer with a LF  7 briefcase.  The customer is running LF 9.1.1 and has a workflow that applies annotations to the documents once imported.  They are getting a 9008 General Database error when exporting to pdf.   I have read KB 1013410 is the cause of the issue the brief case?
