On the product roadmap page, it states:

 Please note that these release dates are only estimates and are not guarantees that the listed product will be released at the given date.

Laserfiche does not usually give out exact dates unless it's very close to the current date. Even then, those dates are tentative and may be changed if they see fit. I would not worry about the exact dates, but know this is likely to be something they come out with in a month or two before Empower15 or at Empower15. If they deliver it earlier than that, then it's a welcomed surprise, but sometimes its better not to rush things so they can make the best product possible, especially when its the first version. They likely have many parts of the product to test so it may take longer to release than say an incremental release like Laserfiche 9.2 is likely to be.
