As shown in screenshot why is the audit data skipped for initial date ranges. I can't get those to load.

It's unclear why the Audit Trail reporter would have skipped those logs. You can try removing the date range from the Audit Trail configuration page and then add the date range back. See if the same log files are still getting skipped. If they are, please open a support case with your Laserfiche reseller. Provide the application and system event logs (as .evtx files) from the Audit Trail server along with a copy of the skipped audit logs. We may have to review them to check file integrity.

Never got email that someone has responded to my question because i didn't subscribe to question.
Anyway, the same data is skipped no matter what. So sent request to VAR for opening ticket. and sent more information. I will send logs also. Thanks.
