Backup Audit Trail and Web Access?

Backup and Recovery Web Client Audit Trail

Hi All,

 

I have a web server consisting of LF Web Access and Audit trail (9.1.1). Do we have to include any componet of the server in our backup plan?

There isn't anything you would need to backup for Web Access. Perhaps the WebAccessConfig.xml file if you didn't want to redo the settings from the configuration page.

 

As for Audit Trail, you may want to backup the Audit database (though it can be recreated and the data reloaded into it), the Config.xml file, and the \WebAuditReporter\App_Data folder (which contains any custom report definitions which had been created and saved).
