I have a customer who's LF Outlook addon is working but never prompts him for destination or template information.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the addon and have gone into the Client options and reset the prompts option there to no effect.  Does anyone know where or what to do to get this window to show up?  Currently, the files will just file in the currently selected drive.
