I have a web server where the hardware has changed and all users are denied login. I created a new application instance in Rio License Manaager using the new Hardware Profile and saved the license file. I then used that license file to replace the license file under C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Web Access\lf.licx. I then restarted the World Wide Web Publishing Service. What else is required? The application is still upset about the new hardware and will not allow any users to log in.

That should be sufficient. Perhaps try clearing the browser cache in case you're hitting an old page. Can you also review KB 1013292 and make sure you're not running into the issue listed there?
If that isn't the issue, then please open a support case.

Ok, it was just that two things were broken at once, the hardware changed and a Windows Update was run that was incompatible with Web Access. Fixed both and they are up and running.

Thanks for the reply. The issue caused by the recent Windows update is detailed in KB 1013541.
This issue is fixed in the upcoming Web Access 9.2 release such that you won't have to apply the workaround from that KB. We're also working on a fix for Web Access 9.0 and 9.1 as well.
