Weblink Licensing

When the client tries to renew it wants to remove the WebLink licensing.   Is this because they do not have enough Weblink Retrieval users licenses?  Client has 25 retrieval users.   100 Rio user system. Any thoughts?

This issue can occur when there are duplicate product blocks in the master license. The master license creation tool may incorrectly insert duplicate blocks depending on certain product bundles.  Please see: https://support.laserfiche.com/KB/1012434
