Permission denied message occurred when the client tempt to log in Web access using SharePoint Web parts or Web page
Question
Question
my client has issue on Web access windows authentication permission denied [9013] but worked local
Answer
If Web Access and the Laserfiche Server are on separate computers, then most likely the issue is related to Kerberos not being configured properly.
If you can log into Web Access directly from the web server using Windows Authentication, or you can use the Laserfiche SharePoint web part from the SharePoint application server directly, then that would confirm the issue.

Question to Alex: How do we know if Kerberos is not configured properly? I have somewhat similar case with Mohammed "...my client (via IE browser) has issue on Web access windows authentication permission denied [9013] but worked local"
LGSupport said it is Kerberos problem....but how do you fix it? Again, how do we know if Kerberos is not configured properly? We just upgrade all our LF enviroments from version 8.x to 9.x. This is the first time for us to use Web Access, and Auto-Login doesn't work. Please let me know. Thanks in advance!
You can start with this page from the Web Access documentation. It's not expected to work "out of the box", so if you never set it up then you should assume that it's not configured correctly. In particular, your Web Access server would not be trusted for delegation unless an administrator configured it to be.
