We don't tend to offer those sorts of metrics, since our performance has more to do with the hardware supporting our software than the software itself. Laserfiche scales up very well, from small single user systems all the way up to systems with over 10 million documents (and growing). At the end of the day, we do just fine with loads of that size (as long as you have the hardware to support it).

That being said, there are a lot of performance benchmarks they could be asking for. Do they want retrieval speeds? Are we talking about input speeds? Are we talking about how fast something can be updated? Displayed? Is this a web product, or are we talking about a desktop client? Beyond that, these numbers won't mean much unless we have some common hardware baseline. Is this an absolute best case scenario with top of the line hardware? If you had a really detailed request, I might be able to find something for you, but otherwise I'm going to struggle to give you something that the customer will find meaningful and useful.
