We currently have Laserfiche on premises with a lot of integrations using the SDK. We are thinking about going to a cloud-based solution. If we were to go with a cloud-based solution, how would we keep our SDK integrations? Does Laserfiche provide web services that hook into the SDK? If not, would a hosting provider be willing to host custom web services that hook into the SDK?

These are really questions that you need to take up with the cloud hosting provider. It may be possible for you to keep your SDK applications running on your servers, but that requires that the Laserfiche server be accessible from your location. They may have an alternate solution in mind.

Even if Laserfiche Server is on a cloud hosted server, since LFS uses HTTP/HTTPS for communications with clients, you should be able to configure a secure connection that is available to SDK applications no matter where they are running.
If, however, you are planning to only allow connections to your hosted server through the Web Access interface, then you would have to probably rethink most (if not all) of your integrations.
