Using Tags as Tokens??

I'm looking to apply a "Sticky Note" in a workflow whenever a documents is "approved or denied", and I'm using Tags for the Approval or Denial. Is there a way (I don't see it in the Tokens) to be able to create the sticky note such as "Daryl Approved this on X/XX/XX" or "Daryl Denied this on X/XX/XX"? Not seeing a way to use the tag as a token.

Separate tags are treated completely independent of eachother. What you would want to do is establish a new Token such as ApprovalStatus and use a decision or conditional sequence to then set your Token to your Approved/Denied value based on the tag being set. Then you would put the new token in the message.
