User not able to see all files under a certain folder in Laserfiche

The problem I'm having is one of our clients is looking under a certain folder in Laserfiche for a document but not seeing all the documents. He has full access rights to the folder but is only seeing around 2500 entries.

When I log in as the admin account and look under this particular folder I see all 35,000 entries. I checked his access rights and he has full control. What could be limiting him from seeing all the entries under this particular folder.

You may need to check the access rights on the individual documents. Perhaps there are access rights configured at the document level which is preventing the user from seeing them. Another possibility is that the documents in question have a security tag which the user does not have.
