Import Agent Profile configuration

We recently upgraded Import Agent to 9 and moved it to a virtual server. If I configure the profile to delete documents in Post Document Handling it will not import the documents or delete the scans. If I configure it to move the documents it will import to the repository and move the scans to the processed folder. Import Agent is configured to use the admin account. Before we did any of this Import Agent worked fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you set the Import Agent logging level to high? If you have not done that, then please do so. Then reproduce the issue.

That said, what windows account are you using with Import Agent? If you use that account with windows explorer and try to move or delete files from the folder that Import Agent uses, are you able to do so? It may simply be a case where Import Agent has no rights to do the deletion - which would explain why it works when you simply import a copy into LF but does not when you add the delete activity. Please check as well as what it says in the log after you set the log level.
