Introduction Thread

Hi everyone!

I'm Grace Ding, and I joined Laserfiche as a marketing associate less than four weeks ago. I'll be working with Linda to support all our higher ed clients and prospects, and before anyone asks, no, we're not related!

Fun fact about me: I once sang in the Vatican as part of my high school orchestra and choir's tour of Italy. It was just as incredible as you can imagine, and the acoustics were exquisite.

Alright, now your turn: who are you? What do you do?

Hi, my name is Rick, and I've never been to the Vatican.  I am, however, going to the Laserfiche Conference in February, and I'm looking forward to meeting some of you who've I've learned from here in the Forums!

Welcome, Rick! It's exciting to hear that you will be at the Empower conference next month. We will be announcing recommended courses tailored for folks in wealth management and education soon, so be sure to keep an eye out for those!

I'm going to continue the thread of Laserfiche employees talking about the Vatican.

I'm Renee, I work in the marketing department and I write many of the words you'll find on the ECM Blog and our social media accounts.

My fun fact is that I studied abroad in Rome my junior year of college. I lived next to the Vatican and walked through St Peter's Square every morning to get to school.

Non-Laserfiche peeps, tell us about yourselves!

Hello everyone!

My name is Joanna and I write articles for the Laserfiche Solution Exchange - a place where Laserfiche users share how they have justified, implemented, configured and optimized their ECM systems.

The best part about my job is speaking with Laserfiche users around the world and learning the various ways that they use Laserfiche to improve day-to-day operations and automate business processes.

I'm always on the lookout for users who want to share details about their Laserfiche implementation with the Laserfiche community. If you'd like to be featured on the Solution Exchange, send me an email!

Oh and fun fact (related to Grace's) - I once had the opportunity to dance on St. Peter's Square in the Vatican along with other members of the Krakusy Polish Folk Dance Ensemble. It was an amazing experience :)
