Hi there,
I was looging into laserfiche client and the icons went mission, does this happen with someone before?
This only happen in one machine, so I think it is a machine problem, but even formating windows, still happening.
thanks for the info.

Is this happening if a different user tries logging in while inside the problem users windows account? This might be a domain profile corruption issue
Have you tried deleting that users attributes to see if that solves the issue?
Agreed, You may want to try having another user log in and see if its the user account specifically in question or something with that machine. if you remove user attributes, you may wish to make a backup first
I didnt try to delete directly the users attributes, but I try to restored the default settings of the user!, at first did not work, but as we did another test, with other user in the same machine, and laserfiche worked fine!, we asked the original user to log again, and so far is working fine!!...If it happens again, i will try that and tell you!
Thank you very much!
Are you able to add the icons back by editing the toolbar? or are they just like that in general?
You did a fresh install of windows and Laserfiche Client? Is the client on the same version as the server?
Hi kenneth,
So , we still able to edit the toolbar, but still without the icons!, and yes we did a fresh instalation to see if resolve the issue, because this happened only in one pc!, and the client have the same version of the server!...
We just did another test, with other user in the same machine, and laserfiche worked fine!, so now i think that the problem is with the windows user account!, but the weard thing is that when the original user with the problem logged in his machine again, laserfiche worked fine again! so i dont know what happen, but for so far is going ok!

meant to say roaming profile
Hi, Kenneth,
You were right!
When other user logs into windows, it works!
I erase the profile account of the user and created again, and it worked fine!
So as you said , I believe that some how was a corruption issue!
Thanks a lot for the help!
good day!
