Agenda Manager - Accessible PDF

I have a new client asking if the PDF that is generated from the meeting type in Word for Agenda Manager meets the Accessibility Standards? I know it is generated using PDF Factory Pro, so does the PDF allow a screen reader to successfully read it properly?

A screen reader should have no problem with the pdf produced for the agenda.  For the packet as a whole, that will depend on where the pdfs come from.  If someone submits an image-based pdf as a report, then that section of the packet will not be accessible to a screen reader.
