I have a logo on my form when viewed in Forms. When it gets saved to the repository and then emailed to users, the logo is gone. What setting do I need to change to get the form to look the same way in the repository?

You may want to contact your VAR about upgrading (or whoever handles that for you). I looked through the release notes and found nothing about this error in the articles about each release. It may be that this is a bug, so talking to your VAR about opening a case may also be advisable, though upgrading is likely a good first step as it will help fix some of those issues with customizing the theme you are having as well as offer performance boosts and resolve any other potential issues you might have.

where is that logo stored? Maybe it's in a location that is having trouble being called when saving to the repository.
The logo is stored in the C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\Forms\img\Theme\Logo location with the other images that pop up in Themes on my Forms server. The theme customization page is pretty temperamental!
The most recent versions have gotten better, but yes, it's annoying to customize the form theme.
What image type is the image?
It's a .png just like the other images in the folder. The other images come up when you try to configure the logo but not mine. I have to choose a different one and change the name for my logo to appear.
can you tell me what version of Forms you are on? this may have been an issue addressed in an update. Not quite sure.
What happens if you put the logo on the opposite side of the title?
I believe I'm on Forms 9.1. We got it right before last year's conference so everything was new and exciting. If I choose the right side, it moves. I can see the form in Preview and when I actually start a form but in the actual "Start" screen, the logo isn't there either.
in any of the forms areas where you have the top toolbar with "Start" "My Tasks" .... can you click on your name on the top right and then "About"? What version does it say?

Good Catch, fact still remains though that the user is using an older version of Forms which has had many fixes to how things are saved to the repository so my recommendation still stands valid.

Thanks. I have my VAR working on it now.
I got Forms updated and it still didn't fix the problem. My logo is on the Forms server. There is a mapped drive on the Laserfiche server to the Forms server. My fmuser is a named user with unlimited access.
It's behaving like it can't find the logo but I mapped drives both ways so I don't know what else to do.
Still pending more help from my VAR.
does it still appear in preview now?
It always appeared in preview... It disappears when saved to the repository and it's not on the start thumbnail.
