how to retrieve data from past forms?

Hi everyone,

 

Is there a way to retrieve data submitted on forms previously submitted? 

 

The situation is that there was information submitted on forms, but it was not retrieved by workflow nor saved in a template as it was not considered necessary at the time. Right now, the customer needs to retrieve this data now. Is there a way to do this using workflow or a script?

If you go to the Results page, you can create a report and export it. You  then can strip out the columns you do not need and upload it to a SQL Server and use it in Workflow quite easily as a data source to help you with your task

If you go to the Results page for the process in Laserfiche Forms, you should be able to find the submission by the instance it was in.

Hi Eric,

 

That is correct. However, I need to retrieve the data on several forms, and we need to use it to update templates and a separate database. is there a way to retrieve this data either using workflow or a script?
