Office Docs and Web Access

When opening Office documents through Web Access, I receive a message the following message “Could not connect to Web Access. Please make sure URL is correct.” First I am prompted to log into the repository and then I receive the error message. This works fine with the full client but not with Web Access. Has anyone else encountered this?

Since you're on the most recent version, I would recommend that you open a support case with Laserfiche Support. They will be able to help you troubleshoot this issue.
