Hi all,

Is there any procedure to reset the admin password if you have forgotten it?

There is no other super user with "manage trustees privileges".

Maybe through Database or Regedit?

Yes it is possible. But would rather not post the solution to your question on here

Best bet is to raise a support case with Laserfiche.
