I know the issue with Process Modeler going blank was addressed in a release, but it just happened to me again using Forms Version 9.1.1.1522. Please let me know what I need to provide to help troubleshoot.

In the upcoming Forms 9.2 release, the code has been refactored so that this issue should not occur anymore. However, it also means that we won't be able to simply issue a hotfix for 9.1.
