I need to contact support about our current licensing. How do I do that?

How can I contact support staff to ask some questions about our licensing?

 

Our LSAP runs out on October 1st. Meanwhile I'm trying to install the 9.1.1 SDK.
When I try and activate it using a license file, the software only seems to allow choosing a *.licx file. but all of our license files are *.lic.

You need to generate the activation key for the SDK. When you log into the Laserfiche Support Site, click on the link that says "My Activation Keys" and then click the "Generate Key" link next to the Toolkit product. You would then use this activation key when installing/activating the SDK.
