When creating a stamp with Laserfiche 9.1 users receive this error

We are using Laserfiche 9.1, this error appears in both the client and web versions.

Hey Ryan,

Can you confirm that this error occurs in multiple browsers, specifically Firefox? This appears to be a known bug that will be fixed relatively soon. Our current target for the fix is in the next major release, Laserfiche 10.

Yes, this occurs in all three browsers.

Thanks for the response, Ryan. I'm sorry to hear that this issue is occurring, but currently, there's not much that we can do to fix the issue except wait for the new release. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for the latest hotfixes and releases!
