Hi All,
A client is having an issue with the Laserfiche Clients.
Every time they keep a file (LF Viewer) open for approximately 10 minutes, they receive a general Windows error message "Laserfiche Client (32 bits) has stopped working". There is no details and this message doesn't say much.
I have checked the Windows Event Log from one of the Clients and there is no error messages from Laserfiche.
They have:
Laserfiche 9.0
Client running on Windows 8 64bits.
Server Windows 2012 64 bits.
MS Office 2013 32bits.
I have also tried to enable Tracing Logs on the client but the user does not have enough permissions to enable WinHttp. I get a permission denied error.
Any idea of where to start investigating?
