Question

Question

Colorful Pages inside LF Viewer appearing and dissapearing

asked on August 28, 2014

 Hi All,

A client is having an issue when opening some LF documents.

Sometimes when she opens the LF Viewer some of the text is highlighted with different random colors, not allowing her to read what's in the document.

Once she closes the document and opens it a couple of times, it becomes readable again.

These are not annotations and that it does not happen for all documents.

I attach a screenshot of this issue in case someone has come across this problem before. I have drawn an arrow pointing where the problem is.

Thanks,

What version of the client is this? If possible, attach a screenshot of the about dialog. There have been a couple display fixes in 9.1.1 so updating to the latest hotfix might do the trick.

Hi Robert,

It's Laserfiche 9.0 and both the server and client are running on Windows 8 64bits.

I attach some screenshots.

Thanks!

Try updating to the 9.0.3 client, there is a good chance this issue is fixed there.

Hi Robert, will it work if the server has 9.0.2?

Yes, any 9.0.x client can connect to a 9.0.x server. The 9.1 client would require updating to the 9.1 server, however.
