Answers
As Kenneth mentioned, if the conversion from PDF to TIFF is happening when you scan these documents, you'll need to change the settings on the scanner. If the conversion is happening within the Laserfiche Client with the "Generate Pages" function, then you can change settings from the "Tools>Options" menu in the menu bar at the top of the Laserfiche Client.
There are two settings in particular you'll want to check:
The first is in the "Generate Pages > General" page, third from the top called "Generate monochrome pages", make sure that's unchecked.
The second is in the menu Kenneth mapped out, under "New Documents > Settings", sixth option down called "Import monochrome images", make sure that's unchecked as well.
Once you've verified these settings, you'll probably want to navigate to your recycle bin and restore the PDFs that were deleted. Once they are restored back to their original location, you should be able to generate pages and retain the original color.
If you need any more guidance, feel free to reply to this post and I'll be happy to help!

Configuring a copier is going to be based off the model itself. I would recommend finding the manual for it online, this is not the right space for getting that type of help, no one here is likely to specialize in whatever model it is, especially without being given the make and model number.
If it is color in a PDF, then you need to check the settings for the generate pages. You may want to check your settings in "Tools" -> "Options" -> "New Documents" -> "Settings" under the "When importing PDFs" section.
Well, not that it is impossible, but just using raw TIFF images, it is not within the built in tools to do such a reversal. If the PDF's are still intact, you can however change the settings so next time you generate TIFF's that it will not lose color.
How are you doing this conversion? If this is in the repository, do you still have the original electronic document?
Ok. Could you explain how to configure our copier to not loose color of TIFF docs. and second I do still have the electronic document in the recycle bin to pull out again.
