Display panels not showing up correctly on client machine

asked on August 27, 2014

When my client opens his Web Access 8 interface, the Contents pane is above the Folder pane. However, if I log in as him on my machine, it opens correctly, the Folder pane and Content pane are side by side. How do I correct this display issue on his machine? Is there a setting somewhere. Drag and drop does not work.

To help it to work with newer browser versions, he should upgrade to LF v9.

What browser and version is the client using? What browser and version are you using? Have you had the client try a different browser?

He is using IE 10. I have asked him to run it in capability mode. I am testing on Chrome (current version) and IE 8.  Maybe it is an IE 10 thing. I have also asked the user to download Google Chrome to test it in that environment as well. I will let you know as soon as I hear back.

Thanks Blake. The capability mode on his IE 10 browser fixed the issue. Appreciate the help!

We are planning on upgrading to RIO v9 with Web v9, but not until October. In the middle of a huge IT project right now. Thanks again for the help.
