Forms Participants, Choose account from Windows Accounts in Admin Console

In forms for Named Users I can simply choose accounts configured in my admin console as Windows Users.

 

Under Participants it is asking to configure LDAP.

 

Is it not possible to just setup the users as Windows Accounts in the admin console and choose their account from there like we do with named users?

Hey Chad,

 

According to the help files, there's currently 3 ways to add a participant user:

 

1) Create with the "Add" button

2) Configure LDAP

3) Create a list of participants with a CSV file

 

I'm not sure why the Windows Accounts appear in the Named Users list but not the Participants list, but it should be a relatively quick process to configure the LDAP server for participants.

Rob is correct. You are not able to add Participant Users as Windows Accounts users like in the admin console. You have to setup LDAP to give them access.
