Unable to save report in excel or even in mht extension

Hi All,

I'm generating an audit trail report and the latter is generated about 100,000 lines.

I'm unable to save the report either in excel or extension .mht or even generate pdf format

Is there other ways of doing it?

I'm using LF audit trail version 9.1.1 Rio

My auditors are requesting to get those data saved for future.

The two supported ways of saving this data is with the "Download Data" button, which returns the data as a zipped csv file, and the "Printable View" button which renders it to html for printing. What happens when you try those?

I'm just shooting from the hip here but I'm guessing with that many results Audit trail is timing out internally trying to export the file.

Either way I'd try to tighten up your ranges a bit to make it smaller by adjusting the dates. If you do it this way you can always merge them back together if needed on the backend.
