Customer is trying to click the zoom tool on a page that was scanned in color the page size is almost 7 mb. After the first time you click on the image to zoom in it goes to 47 percent the second click and if you change the zoom ratio manually the next image zooms in and you can see image tiels with a red x in the upper corner
