I am apparently missing the 'Usage Statistics' tab from the WebLink 8 Admin Utility. I tried manually adding the virtual directory through IIS and reinstalling WebLink as suggested here: https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1012644. Neither attempt worked. I did not even know the missing tab existed until I came across this help page:

So right now, there is no 'Usage Statistics' tab and the WebLink8 Reporting link does not work. Any ideas? Does anyone use the reporting functionality in WebLink?

Hi Luke,

Which version of WebLink are you using? In recent versions of WebLink (i.e. 8.2) we removed the reporting feature due to third party licensing issues. You can speak with your Laserfiche Regional Manager for further details.

Are there plans of this becoming a feature again in the future, in some way?
