I know this is a complicated question for this forum but here goes:

I need to scan a Work Order, retrieve the WO# using ORC or Bar Code, use Look Up to retrieve Template data (populate Fields).  So far so good.  In that SQL database is a link (path) to a drawing connected to the WO.  Is there any way Workflow can use that path to actually copy the drawing into the WO# folder we will be creating?  I know we can copy the path into a field but they don't want to have to open an Explorer Window etc.
