Having some odd behavior that a customer brought to my attention.

Behavior:

 Have a document with pages (DocA)

 use "New Document" to create an 0 page document. (DocB)

 Open both documents

 Drag a page from DocA thumbnails to DocB thumbnails

  - This operation is not allowed according to the "Prohibition symbol" cursor icon.

This effects users regardless of rights. (ADMIN and other accounts tested)

I re-created the behavior on my workstation with Client 9.1.1.548 (customer is on 9.1.1.468)

Other methods to move pages between the documents DO work.  Cut and Paste works just fine for example.

Dragging pages between documents that BOTH have pages works without problem as well.

Anybody else run into this issue?
