Forms - Side by Side Input Fields Object

 I can't figure out which field object this Address object is from the Laserfiche Job App example. It is not a table, yet it has Side by Side fields.

It's the one called, "Address" right below "File Upload" and above "Number" on the left panel

 

Another way to tell is to view the variables tab on the left panel and match that icon up to the icon on the "Fields" options available to you

Oh, interesting, I was trying to figure out how to replace Country with Apartment / Unit#. Looks like I need to use the table option instead.

 

How do I see the input names for each field? For example I see the CSS modification of the input named "Country" and "State".
