Is there a way to get the Laserfiche Mobile app on IOS to remember a users password? I am selecting remember me and my user name stays but the password has to be entered each time.

Hey Scott,

Check out this help file!

"Remember Me: Select this checkbox if you want the app to remember your username. Additionally, if you select this option and the app closes unexpectedly, your password will also be remembered. Your password will be cleared if you log out of the app normally."

In other words, if you log in with "Remember Me" enabled, and you want Laserfiche Mobile to remember your password, don't log out of Laserfiche Mobile. Just close the app without logging off. If you log off, the password will be cleared for security purposes.

The only way to “close” the mobile app (at least the Android version) is to log out? I have not readily seen a way to close the app. Does anyone have an easy way to go about closing the app?
