My client is receiving the error "Failed to load Text Extractor". Has anyone else seen this error before? I don't find any references to it when I use the search window under support.

Does this error occur with one specific document they are trying to extract text from or does it occur for all types of documents? If it's just the one document, what kind of document is it? If you briefcase the document and import it into your VAR Kit system, are you able to recreate the error? Is there anything else that's unique about this document, other than its type?
It may be best to open a support case as well and provide us with a copy of the document so we can investigate further.
I asked the following questions:
1 . Was this just the one document / page that you were OCRing, or does it happen on any others?
2. You indicate that you don’t see this issue on the other PC. Is this other PC just like yours? Meaning, is it just the client installed? Are they the same OS? Any differences?
The clients response was:
It appears to be all documents in that I try to OCR are unable to be OCR’s on my PC.
My PC is a bit different in hardware – but OS is the same and LaserFiche installation was the same as far as I know.
Could this simply be a bad client install ?
