Users and groups from my newest repository are not showing up for use in the webforms module.

I'm having trouble figuring out why the users and groups from this particular repository (Access Control)aren't showing up in webforms:

Webforms is configured correctly in that I can see users from other repositories.
The users in the Access Control repository have "Repository Named User" set to "Full"
The users are not read-only users (same with the groups_
I can't find any rights or privileges that reference the webform module that need to be checked off

What am I missing to make them available in webforms?

In a Rio environment, Forms will be able to display all directory named users. However, for repository named users, only the ones configured in the same repository that you configured Forms for in the FormsConfig page under the "Repository" section will be displayed.

This is my first look at formsconfig. It looks like webforms can only be linked to one repository. Is that right?

Yes, that's correct. From the FormsConfig page, only one repository can be specified.
