We’ve received a questionnaire for Credit Control RFI and are unsure about some of the questions. Would you be able/willing to assist in answer the following questions?

1. Do you have predicative search capabilities? Are the search capabilities based on taxonomy or content?
2. What is the imported document taxonomy verification process?
3. What is the content life cycle?
4. Do you have rendition support?
5. What options are available for document output?
6. What controls are put in place for automated retention, disposition, legal hold, data privacy and security?
7. Is there automatic PII identification and masking capabilities?
8. Do you have any experience integrating with Artiva or FACS specifically (by Ontario Systems)?
9. What are your CRM integration capabilities?
10. Explain connectivity, specifically host/API information with regards to compatibility / interfacing with: FACS and Artiva by Ontario Systems, Intranet, Sharepoint, Microsoft Office, iDoc, in addition to outside vendor systems.
