unable to pause video on ADMIN II CPP Course

I have a user that is trying to view the "Using WebDav" video and is unable to pause the video. I am wondering if this is a compatibility issue or an issue with the player?

He is using IE 11, Google Chrome, and Firefox and is unable to pause the video.

If he tries to pause the video, it immediately closes the video out.

Using WebDAV is one of the three videos in Admin II that usually give people trouble (the others are Using SSL and Configuring Kerberos). It is an issue with the type of video file. The good news is we have those same videos, with playback controls, posted on our Support Site. Here are the links: SSL, Kerberos, and WebDAV.
