I am receiving a error message saying Laserfiche Workflow Subscriber Event 100 (Error) has occurred. This seems to be stalling out my Workflow. Can anyone shed any light on what this error message pertains too.
In this particular case, the errors in the LFWorkflow event log were "Entry not found. [9001]" messages. The suggestion is to find out what may be happening to the documents and to also confirm that multiple starting rules aren't being triggered by the same event.
Can you provide the actual message that's reported in the LFWorkflow event log for that specific event? After selecting the specific event, you should be able to see additional information under the "General" tab. The message we'll need to know is contained between the <Message> and </Message> tags.
I also see that you had already opened a support case for this as well. It may be better to just continue troubleshooting via the support case. Please attach a copy of the entire LFWorkflow event log as an .evtx file to that support case.
