Laserfiche Quick Fields

Hello, everyone I was trying to make a setup so that the Laserfiche would keep testing a folder after new documents after the doc was found it would make the OCR zone scan that I configured on quick fields, but I can´t seen to find a way to make it automatically... closest I came is the import agente but he makes the full OCR and I need only some zones... is there anyway to make that?

I do not believe you can set up Quick Fields to run automatically when a new document has been created.  You can however schedule automated processing sessions using the Quick Fields Administration Console.

Hi Gabriel,

 

The solution here would be to use Quick Fields agent. You can configure a session to point at the folder and schedule the session to run as often as you like.
