I would like to be able to group conditions in Field Rules for forms, much like what can be done in workflow.
eg.
Show "field"
When All of the following is true:
A
and B
and C
or D
or E

Thanks for this feature request! The Forms team is currently working on a new rule engine for Forms that would support more advanced condition and formula calculation. This new rule engine will be rolled out at some point after the release of Forms 9.2.
I second this, More advanced hide rule logic would be nice. I frequently run into situations that require extra rules just to make sure the functionality we need is working properly, but it is not intuitive at all.
Conditional groups are supported for field rules using new form designer in Forms 11 Update 3.
