When opening a document in Laserfiche WebLink 8.2.2 (Build 145), instead of the image, a grid with X's opens up. The thumbnail shows the document. The document has been indexed.

The problem you are reporting is because Laserfiche Weblink can not display images in compression Tiff JPG (grayscale), I have the same problem,some documents (grayscale) were seen in Laserfiche Client, WebAccess, but not in Laserfiche Weblink.
My solution was to change compression these images of Tiff JPG to Tiff LZW (grayscale).
I created a case and am awaiting for a hotfix.
Does the issue occur for all documents or just some? If you import one of the Sample TIFF images from the Laserfiche Client program files folder into the repository, can that document be viewed correctly in WebLink or does the same issue occur?
If the issue does only occur for some, but not all, documents, can you find out what may be the difference? Perhaps the bad documents came from a specific source or were imported/processed in a particular manner that is causing the issue?
