I have a customer that has both Forms (9.1.1) and Workflow(9.1.1) installed on the same server as Laserfiche (9.1.1) and all are running under the same service account. Workflow is configured to send SMTP emails with the basic configuration (server name, port 25, valid sender address) and successfully sends test emails. Forms is setup with the same configuration and says that it successfully sends a test email. The issue is that the test email fails to reach the same recipient and their exchange server does not show the Forms email as attempting to be sent. I realize that Forms says it is successful if it successfully hands it off to the SMTP server and does not actually verify the emails is sent or received. Has anyone else run into an issue where Forms says everything is successful but the emails aren't actually making it through the SMTP server?

Well, no sooner had I posted the question did we get it resolved. The Workflow portion was working with internal email addresses only as relaying was not setup. As soon as they setup relaying to allow Workflow to send to external addresses, then Forms started working to both internal and external addresses. Not sure why relaying had to be setup for the Forms portion to work correctly on internal email addresses but relay appears to have fixed the issue.
