Forms is unable to login to the repository 9010

 My forms program is unable to login to the repository. I have verified the credentials are correct and I can login using the other LF apps. Is this a corruption of the FTUSER$ account?

 

Message: The user account name or password is incorrect [9010]

Nevermind, found that the forms service needs to be run as Local System.
