Question

What web languages work inside of a Form?

asked on July 29, 2014

I was wondering what languages besides Javascript and CSS and HTML work inside of a Laserfiche Form.

I understand that its browser based, so most browser languages could in theory work, but I was hoping to gain some insight about ASP and ASP.NET. Is there anything I need to concern myself if I tried to implement that type of language into an aspx file which is what the Forms are using?

Laserfiche Forms supports customizations using JavaScript and CSS, which are used on the front-end, meaning inside the browser.

ASP and ASP.NET are server-side languages. You can't use them to customize Laserfiche Forms.

If you tell us what you're trying to do exactly, we can try to offer suggestions.
