Unknown Error 768

When trying to log into Laserfiche this message pops up saying,"Unknown Error [768]". I am currently running Laserfiche 8.  It happens after entering the username and password.  How can I fix this?

There can be several causes of that error message. I would suggest trying the following:

 

  1. Restart the SQL Server service followed by the Laserfiche Server service. Then try logging into the repository again.
  2. Check for any network connectivity issues between the Client and Server, i.e. a firewall. You can try using the Client that's installed on the same computer as the Laserfiche Server as a control test case.
