Getting duplicate templates when attaching LF 7 volumes into LF 8

We're just now upgrading to Laserfiche 8 and when we attach our Laserfiche 7 volumes into Laserfiche 8, it's creating another duplicate template every time. They were all scanned from the same computer with 1 template on LF version 7.2 I believe. Please Help!

Hey William,

It's pretty difficult to take a stab at what could be happening here without the ability to see what's being exported/imported, but it sounds like you should be able to simply delete the duplicate templates. Unless there's somewhere around 100+ templates, and deleting them would be inefficient in terms of the time taken to delete each template individually, I'd suggest going with this option.

If, for some reason, you have a reason to not delete the duplicates, reply to this post with a bit more information and I'll see what other options are available. Good luck!
